Buttercream Doll Cake

American Chocolate Cake
First attempt at making this buttercream doll cake, i prefer make it with fondant as it's not messy and easy to clean up all the utensil. i prefer using real doll as the kids can play with it after their celebration. Enjoy!

Rich chocolate cake layered with ganache and covered with buttercream.

Maroon Wedding Cake

2-tier fondant stacked cake, bottom tier rich chocolate cake layered and top with ganache whilst top tier strawberry and caramel butter cake with buttercream.

Cupcake covered with fondant, flavored in strawberry and chocolate cake.
